About
A deals paper that admits it is a deals paper.
No wire-service filler, no horoscope, no column about the weather. Sixteen pages of offers from businesses you can drive to, published on the first of every month.
Why not a PDF
A PDF is a photograph of a page.
Most digital editions are a print file uploaded to a viewer. The pages are pictures. You cannot tap the phone number, you cannot search for a business, and a search engine sees nothing at all.
Every page here is built the way a website is built. The ads are links. The text is text. When an advertiser changes their offer mid-month, we change one line — there is no re-export and no re-upload.
Why monthly
Weekly is noise. Quarterly is forgotten.
A month is long enough for a business to build an offer worth running, and short enough that readers form a habit. The issue lands on the first. That is the whole schedule.
Back issues stay up, which is the part print cannot do. An ad from March is still one link away in September, still pointing at the same business.
Who is in it
Twenty businesses. All of them local.
Home services, food, health, auto, shopping, and the things worth doing on a Saturday. Twenty positions per issue — when they are taken, they are taken until the following month.
No national chains running the same coupon in nine states. If the money spent on this page does not stay on this coast, the page is not doing its job.

This site is a demonstration.
Florida Dealz is being shown here as a working example of what a monthly digital advertising publication can be. The reader, the directory, the deep links and the rate structure all function exactly as they would in production.
What is not real: the twenty advertisers, their offers, their coupon codes, their phone numbers, the back issues and the prices on the rate card. All of it was invented for the demonstration. Every phone number uses the (555) 01xx range reserved for fiction so that none of them can reach an actual business.
